Overall Bow Recognition - OBR
OBR is a LiteSentry proprietary quality test that recognizes bowed or bi-stable pieces of glass in real-time and displays results alongside other Osprey data before pieces are removed from the furnace unload table. LiteSentry's long history of machine vision technology coupled with cutting edge neural network design, trained and tested with thousands of production parts from various furnaces with a wide range of product types, yield reliable** alerts that pieces are bowed. Real-time results alongside Osprey generated databases grant our users a longitudinal understanding and documentation of bowed parts on their line that can be leveraged alongside users' process control methods to minimize loss due to this long-elusive tempering issue.
